SHIPPING

The charges for international shipping will be additional and calculated based on the weight, volume of the product, and destination country. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry. There are no shipping charges domestically (within India). 

RETURNS

All our garments are made-to-order, carefully handcrafted exclusively for you. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions.

Once an order is placed, we do not offer exchanges or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you.

We encourage you to carefully review your measurements and refer to our size chart before placing your order. If you are purchasing from our Ready-to-Ship category, please ensure you select the correct size. Should you require any adjustments post-purchase, a nominal alteration fee will be applicable.

Please note: Sale pieces are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

REFUND & EXCHANGE

Our policy clearly states that we do not provide refunds for any items sold. Goods once sold cannot be exchanged. The original shipping charges and duties will also not be refunded.

However, if you receive merchandise that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may contact us within 2 days of delivery. The merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
